Waterfront urban regeneration in Barranquilla, weaving the city back to the Magdalena river. We led the master plan, public space and landscape strategy, BIM-coordinated the new edge of marinas, promenades and mixed-use blocks, and used AI rendering to iterate the urban image — from aerial figure-ground to the boardwalk at eye level.
A linear park along the Caribbean edge of Barranquilla. A zig-zag timber boardwalk threads through tropical gardens, river-rock dry beds and shaded clearings, stitching the city to the water with a new pier, café and information points along the Gran Malecón.
