We led the master plan, public space and landscape strategy, BIM-coordinated the new edge of marinas, promenades and mixed-use blocks, and used AI rendering to iterate the urban image — from aerial figure-ground to the boardwalk at eye level.
End-to-end delivery of a brick-clad boutique hotel in colonial Santa Fe de Antioquia. We led architecture and interior design, produced the full BIM model, coordinated the project across disciplines, and used AI to iterate renders fast — keeping the warmth of local craft against the Andean landscape.
